Re: The ideas that I trade by:
I received update from W7 to W10 week ago... Still waiting in Windows Update for install... W7 is so stable that I a little fear to change it. Has anybody tested update from W7 to W10?

I like the Mac for all the screens that one could daisy chain onto your MacBook PRO...
But yeah... Mac has yet to enter their bid into AR & VR

Avoid people who want to charge you thousands to learn what is available for free online.
Some people will try to sell you 'advanced' courses when there is nothing advanced about
understanding the conditions under which you will profit.
Google is your best friend, if you look for it then you will find it.
If you want to buy a book then buy a book, but save those big dollars for actual trading experience.
Hello MO,
Thanks for the answers. But what learning resources did you started out with for options?
Thanks

It is under new ownership, but I started learning options at "The Worlds Greatest Business".
I don't know what they offer now, but back in the day it was just vanilla options and basic charting techniques.
Again, everything is available for FREE online if you will only search for it...that's what I did, I just looked things up and
applied the information to a chart.
I have not tried them but OIC claims to have a FREE options education program; it should be very beneficial even if you do not want to trade stocks.
This is how you trade options, you have knowledge of everything that you can do and you select what is right for the chart;
if your knowledge is lacking then you might not select the best choice because it is unknown.
Being informed and managing your money wisely is 80% of trading, the other 20% is perception.

I've been working on a new charting style...
If the close is above the prev. two extremes then it is a body in the direction of profit.
If it is within the range of the prev. extreme then it is double colored & considered a wick.
When there is a close above but the close is within the range of the prev.
two candles then I will exit x bars later or on a close below.
You can also clearly see what is going on with the 'V' shape...
a 'wick in the direction of loss' is a green 'body' of sorts over a line
and in the direction of profit.

I've never really looked at heiken ashi in any great detail before, but I think it looks quite similar to your new charting style. The heiken ashi seem a bit too distorted though. I don't know that I could use them to enter a trade because I don't really like they way they open and close.

I like HA, but this is nothing like HA...
Do you find this chart more or less confusing than a standard candle chart?

I think that chart makes it very clear to see that price can not fall without closing lower and it it can not rise of wicks and vice versa.
Heikin Ashi are average bars. Heiken = Average; Ashi = Bars.
MO, is this how you would have traded that chart? (lines and x)
Thanks.
