Hi Dan,

attached is the one i have used here at KR.

12,26,9 are the default settings for the macd.

the middle number, by increasing it smooths out the chop per say.

to avoid switching charts, muliply the numbers by 3 and that will give you the 15 min macd on a 5 min chart.

multiply the default numbers by 12 gives you the hourly macd on a 5 min chart... 12*5=60 minutes

I like 7-8 min charts so i set it to 12/2=6 6+12=18
40 just to smooth it out
and 9/2=4.5 rounded down is 9+4=13

gives me a view of the macd as it would be on a 7-8 min chart on a 5 min chart which i use as my entry time frame.

hope this helps

One more time....big thanks to Dragon.

You study one's way and style and do your best to "see" the same. Minor differences but really think its cool how close it is to being the same!

I notice you use values 18,40,13 for the 5m. How did you come up with that combo and what do you recommend for 15min t/f?

Mighty One I picture you looking like jim carrey as the the riddler, sitting on top of a pile of cash, your triangle stuff is way too advanced for me.

& I pictured TRO looking like Joe Ross...
boy was I way off

Dohi's using a slightly higher TF for bias - tkae the standard MACD number, divide by 5 then multiply by 8

Arkan,

Are you going to short again - at current pa?

Price reacted to RB up, is your bias still down?

Based on over under, we are back at the swap level. So it should go down, unless price gives momo to the upside.

I still don't get the 50% fib levels and why they hold...
