The magic numbers are not fibo, they are +50 & +100, they are psychological.

I still encourage you to go forward with your own studies, just with fewer lines ;)

Although I wasn't around when you posted before, I have enjoyed looking at your charts.

These zoomed out ones have helped me a lot

If i am reading correctly you are adding when a longish M15 candle is showing "intention" -

ie the first m15 to close beyond the previous H4
or the first m15 to close under your trend lines of consolidation
sometimes the break of longer wicks in your direction (whilst also crossing below an h4 or H1 - something of significance) - that is also forming a Zline of course

As you said before - all in the direction of H4 and H1

hopefully i read that right :D

Trade catched by watching the fail on the daily, those trades pay back good. So no need to trade every day!!!

Yes, Newsscalper it is an O2 router! - but with Sky taking O2 over - it looks like it will have to go! - M is my most hated Aussie

So you can no longer count on the router helping in any future strategy :)
Nice charts.
Yes, I was of the same opinion - went to BT Infinity instead. TBH, wish I'd gone Plusnet now, don't need/want sport and Plusnet's the same company.

Looks good but ?25/month for just ADSL and 100GB limit is pretty pricey tbh.
That's what I'm paying for unlimited fibre, with the obvious caveats re the page you linked.

Could someone please post the macd osma indi..? All the ones I d/l don't have the blue sig line, just the histo. Thank you.

I notice you use values 18,40,13 for the 5m. How did you come up with that combo and what do you recommend for 15min t/f?

Mighty One I picture you looking like jim carrey as the the riddler, sitting on top of a pile of cash, your triangle stuff is way too advanced for me.

Hi Dan,

attached is the one i have used here at KR.

12,26,9 are the default settings for the macd.

the middle number, by increasing it smooths out the chop per say.

to avoid switching charts, muliply the numbers by 3 and that will give you the 15 min macd on a 5 min chart.

multiply the default numbers by 12 gives you the hourly macd on a 5 min chart... 12*5=60 minutes

I like 7-8 min charts so i set it to 12/2=6 6+12=18
40 just to smooth it out
and 9/2=4.5 rounded down is 9+4=13

gives me a view of the macd as it would be on a 7-8 min chart on a 5 min chart which i use as my entry time frame.

hope this helps

One more time....big thanks to Dragon.

You study one's way and style and do your best to "see" the same. Minor differences but really think its cool how close it is to being the same!
