What I'm saying is that from years of lifting weights I've learned that we MUST move in waves. Not unlike the markets.
NoONE can go full bore all the time.

Try to do 100 reps for maximum weight day in and day out. You will fall to pieces. Humans cannot get even close to this without breakage/burnout. Same with everything else in life.

Even "pops" came back in T4.

BTW, when the lights go out it's all over..............If I do see lights temporarily it's nothing more than a hallucination created by the brain.

We have been duped by our governments and advertisers.
What does our bodies do with carbs?
Yup, turns them into sugar.
Get a $20 glucometer, eat that healthy (adding milk is even more carbs) cereal and let me know how your 30m-1hr post Blood sugar level turns out.

As compared to say,
eggs and bacon. ;-)


My diet was 90% carbs, 5% fat, 5% protein.

I lost about 23 pounds but I could definitely tell that my muscles were getting smaller (they call it getting 'lean') :roll:

Then I hit a barrier where I could not drop a single pound more and it frustrated the hell out of me.

The very moment I started including fish & chicken back into my diet *snaps fingers* weight gain...
and that is why I am reluctant to try the 80% fat diet :lol:

40protein/40fat/20carbs (ONLY @NIGHT)
Shifting your carb to the eve. is the first step.
And if you only do this ONE thing you will be well on your way to fat loss and increased health.

The night(while sleeping)/morning/daytime is the time you are burning (mobilizing fat from your body) fat stores and using fat as energy.
Your brain is MOSTLY fat. Why restrict the very essence of your being?????
Dont do it. Alzheimer's and dementia awaits those that do. (along with the high carb diet freaks)

Ever heard of type 3 diabetes? Google it.

What is the #1 marker for heart disease?
Triglycerides

If we never eat carbs it is IMPOSSIBLE to have high Triglycerides.

The only way to produce them (sugar in blood stored in fats (triglyderides.... blah blah) is to eat CARBS....
Or I guess you could eat huge amounts of protein which your body will turn to glucose through gluconeogenesis.

Dont eat a HIGH protein diet.
Dont eat a HIGH carb diet.
DO eat a moderate protein, medium fat, lowish carb diet.

Keep reading and listening to podcasts off his site.
You'll be very interested in the ones on ketogenic diet and cancer. Dr. Dom something, forgot the guys name.

Go live in a jungle, on a mountain, or in the african safari.

Give it 6mo.
I can only eat what I can catch, kill, or scrounge from the environment. I'll throw in a gun and some traps to make it "easy".

All natural and seasonal foods only.
