80% fat (BIG JUICY BURGERS, BACON, you name it...), vegetables, lots of water Liquor, and 1 or 2 lemons per day.

What use is it to be the King if you cannot eat like [M.]One?
Be sure to re-set your hormonal system on a regular basis (back-load/flexible diet/reverse diet/ blah blah)
OR your fat burning carburetor will become tuned like an electronic fuel injection system........much too efficient for burning gobs of blob.
