I'm not sure that I understand, how is it possible to be too efficient at burning fat & how is that a bad thing?
Don't get me wrong, I would love to eat a box of Krispy Kremes one day out of the week
It is not fat in particular.
It is our efficiency burning energy as a whole.
As we reduce calorie intake our bodies adapt by increasing efficiency.
Which is why with most diets a person must eat less and less while fat loss slows and eventually stops.
Finally we get to a point where we cannot eat enough to even maintain proper nutrient intake.
