PRO has a high metabolism he might be ok for another 10 years.
Not really,
Since retiring I've had to eat 50% of the normal amount or belly starts to smooth out.
Gotta keep those abs dude!!. LOL
6 pack all day baby.
NOT BEER EITHER. hehehehe
The battle to keep the food baby away. I hear ya. I have a desk job working from home since covid and that friggin kitchen is 3m away..Before then I would bike to work and kept the weight off. My exercise now is opening the fridge door LOL.
So Pro what did you do before retiring then, a physical/ outside job to keep you fit?
Was it then trading in the evening?
Went to trade school to be an A/C tech right out of H.S.
Did that for 5 yrs.
Then had a Telemarketing co. for a year.
Then opened a used car dealership for a couple years.
Then worked in a Box plant (corrugated boxes) for 25yrs, mostly as a Maint man.
Worked out very regularly and thought when I retired I'd be working out twice a day which is what I did most times that I was on vacations.
Bahahahahahah,
Yeah, right. first 2 yrs was spent traveling in the 69 model camper I restored.
Finally we have chilled on so many vacations. Sheesh.
Workouts? Almost non-existent.
Just like you, walked by fridge a hundred times a day and spoiled the little rug rat (last of 6 and the youngest) with ice cream and candle. Guess who has been "testing" it for her. LOL
Most recent six months I've gotten into a better groove of less food and LESS junk. Workouts are randomly coming back around.
Struggle is real specially when the last few months been sitting in front of PC obsessively.
Remodeling this current rent house with my Dad has been good exercise for both of us.
And fun.
