Well damn all my math is different.
US30 has an ATR of 20
EurUsd has an ATR of 4
US100 has an ATR of 14

I forgot the GER40
Spread is 0.8 points
ATR of 11 in london
Maybe 8 points = 1%

That on FTMO or MFF?

FTMO has the GER40
MFF has the GER30

I currently also use an indicator on TV.
Paints IB's better than MT4 indicators and has an alert that reaches my phone within 5 seconds after the bar closes.

That indicator looks good. Is there any MT4 version that looks exactly like it?

The only one I can see is at forex factory here called inside bars https://www.forexfactory.com/attachment ... 1642772972
Tro's one has a few settings to make it stand out, eg line thickness / filled in.

One downside I can see is the imbalance/MO zone and S&D blocks extend right as well and an InsideBar block extending right might be confused for a level of the one of the others. Unless inside bars make a level that price respects as well that someone has discovered.... <shrug>

Inside bars are range bars of a specific time frame.
If the inside bar is a reversal (opposite color) it could be an Order Block.

This significance of the inside bar at the time of execution is more about the break of a range.

Went through and marked some inside bar trades with the bias of the 20 SMA.
It the 20 SMA was blue then long. If it was red, then short.
It looks like it can be a money maker.

Yes I agree, having a bias will help a lot to not get faked out.
ANother Deadhorse variation :)
I noticed in Tro's indicator he also has a target, not sure of the calculation. I take it no matter the trigger on the Deadhorse, you will use the same MM strategy?

Not really,
Since retiring I've had to eat 50% of the normal amount or belly starts to smooth out.
Gotta keep those abs dude!!. LOL

6 pack all day baby.
NOT BEER EITHER. hehehehe

The battle to keep the food baby away. I hear ya. I have a desk job working from home since covid and that friggin kitchen is 3m away..Before then I would bike to work and kept the weight off. My exercise now is opening the fridge door LOL.
So Pro what did you do before retiring then, a physical/ outside job to keep you fit?
Was it then trading in the evening?

Went to trade school to be an A/C tech right out of H.S.
Did that for 5 yrs.
Then had a Telemarketing co. for a year.
Then opened a used car dealership for a couple years.
Then worked in a Box plant (corrugated boxes) for 25yrs, mostly as a Maint man.

Worked out very regularly and thought when I retired I'd be working out twice a day which is what I did most times that I was on vacations.
Bahahahahahah,
Yeah, right. first 2 yrs was spent traveling in the 69 model camper I restored.
Finally we have chilled on so many vacations. Sheesh.
Workouts? Almost non-existent.
Just like you, walked by fridge a hundred times a day and spoiled the little rug rat (last of 6 and the youngest) with ice cream and candle. Guess who has been "testing" it for her. LOL

Most recent six months I've gotten into a better groove of less food and LESS junk. Workouts are randomly coming back around.
Struggle is real specially when the last few months been sitting in front of PC obsessively.

Remodeling this current rent house with my Dad has been good exercise for both of us.
And fun.

You are eating 50% less now...? How many burgers a day did you have before you retired?

Normally had 1#+ of beef with 6-8 slices of cheese every lunch.
Breakfast was 4-5 eggs and 1# of bacon.
I did that for the last 4-5 yrs of working. Hahahah

Now it's just a double meat and a couple eggs a day. hehehehe
I seem to eat a few Powercrunch bars and a fit-aid here and there too.

Go out to eat 2-3x a week which is cut back from about 5x a week after first retiring.
