DTB Casino template question

Postby niceguy499 » Sun May 03, 2009 3:16 pm

I recently put the 'Casino' template on my charts and the wording in my readouts don't seem to match what is in your other thread here:

http://kreslik.com/forums/portal.php?topic_id=1771

Would it be possible to get another explanation/confirmation of what each item in the red circled areas mean please?

HiOp >=5: Number of times and % price goes up 5 pips
OpLo >= 5: Number of times and % price goes down 5 pips
Both >= 5: Number of times and % price goes up and down 5 pips
Both < 5: Number of times and % price only goes 5 pips in one direction

What about the items in the bottom red circle?

Image

Perhaps I'm working with an older version and a new one is more condensed.

Thanks

Hi TRO, very very quick question: on MT4 we mainly see the BID line. So

problem:
using TRO SR RR, when price (BID) reaches SELL (go short) trigger- I go for it.
but as for the BUY trigger/line- is it the ASK or the BID that has to touch it?
its vital to me as this may result in 2-4 pips of profit/loss per trade.

Just a quick "Its the ASK or the BID that have to reach the BUY line"

cheers.

If you use my TRO_SPREAD_DOTS, when the ASK star lines up with the long trigger is when I buy. When the BID start lines up with the short trigger is when I sell short.

Yeap, thats what I thought, I was entering 2-3 pips late on Long entries, thus cutting profit (but also ,sometimes, avoiding losing trades). But will enter Long when ASK reaches long trigger from now on :)

No need for spread dots indy, you thought about building in the ASK line in the TRO SR RR already ;)

cheers.
