coymahrens wrote:Good evening,

A friend introduced your name to me sometime ago, but until I read Kreslik I did not realize your programming capability.

The modified FPI that you did works better than anyone else's.

How can I get it to display properly when I want to use different rings from the default setting?

I tried changing the code and recompiling with no luck.
I also tried changing the dialog inputs with no luck.

I could sure use an audio alert when either extreme is hit.

The concept/indicator has greatly enhanced my short term trading.
I never could do a tri arb until I found FPI.

Thanks,
Mark

I added alerts - source code attached.

I made another (donational) version that shows the frequency distribution.

Hi TRO,

thanks for the many top notch indicators that you've created. I was wondering if you could analyze this indi that was created by davidf in FPI thread about FPI using buy buy sell for EU, UC, EC.

it seems that the FPI did not always follow the price change tick by tick. is there any solution for this? thanks in advance

you have posted the answer in FPI thread TRO, I guess I have to wait for a script to be made by david as I can't code.

I turned it into a script for you.

1) Close metatrader

2) Download the script into the SCRIPTS FOLDER

3) Open metatrader

4) Drag and drop the script onto your chart.

I have it set to update every 1/2 second.

TRO2009_Dynamic_Tunnel finds the 2 moving averages that creates a tunnel around the price. The MA periods may change as price changes (see above charts). Perhaps dynamic rainbow would be more descriptive?

Just an idea that I had. Perhaps someone may see something!

Put the squiggly lines away Avery :)

Eudaimonia (pron.: you-die-moan-e-a) (Greek: εὐδαιμονία) is a classical Greek word commonly translated as 'happiness'. The less subjective "human flourishing" is often preferred as a translation.
