Question:

I trade the eur/usd from about 6pm mst to 10pm mst. If using the dibs method which open hour would be best to use NY or LD. I was reading the dibs post at forex factory about this method and it seems that the open hour you use depends on which pair you are trading. then I read another post and from what that guy said you should always use the LD open but only trade the first 10 hours of inside bars. If that is the case that leaves me out of this method unless I'm up from 11pm to 9a in the morning MST.
If price is betweem LD and NY opens could I trade both ways or would this be unsafe?

some advise would br great. Thanks in advance

I would use the most recent open which would be the Sydney open.

No.

I am not sure what is going on with your system.

Do any of the other MPMM indicators work?

Now that you mention it, I just tried all of the others and none of them work.
Is there a specific font or the arrow that needs added that maybe I don't have?

Wingdings is the font for the arrows.

I would like to report what looks like a bug to me for two of the 2009 Donational Indicatiors.

The indicators in question are TRO2009_BuyZone_BFD and TRO2009_MPMM_CandleColor.

I can use the hot pink tab feature to move these indicators around and they stay put when the chart is minmized and maximized. However, when I shut down MT4 and then re-open it, these two indicators have not stayed put and have reverted back their original position (indeed they are even overlapping one another).

By contrast, the 2008 versions of these indicators of course required you to play around with the X and Y axis positions, but once that was set, they stayed put where you put them in all cases, i.e. when the chart was minimized and maximized and when MT4 was closed and opened again.

Richard

You need to save the chart templates.

Hi Tro,

I tried your suggestion, but I still get the same behaviour. These two indicators won't stay put even if I save the chart template after I move them. I use two monitors, and so as a further test I reduced MT4 to just monitor. Still the same behaviour. Any further ideas as to what is happening?

Richard

chuchu,
I've had the same problem. Mine is while trying to put both the DIBS and the IB indicators on the same chart. If I change currencies they will overlay on top of each other. I just set me up two "black" charts and put the IB and psycho info on one and then the MMPM candle color and the DIBS info on the other. The multimeters, dragon money, and others do not seem to be disturbed. I also give the DIBS plenty of room to "do it's thing".

Postby spartacus » Thu Jan 29, 2009 8:27 am

Hi TRO,

Can you please assist me in setting up my charts. I am in PST time and need to update the indicators accordingly to get the correct London start time. I have a chart here that shows all details.

Thanks
