20yo son came to visit.
He, I, and my 12yo worked out 3x.
Here is todays.
20yo is very close to my strength.
He has gotten stronger and Ive gotten weaker.
Ive gotta step up!!!!!!!
Youngest hit a new Back SQ PR today by 20#.
