I wouldn't think of trading that
Trading is like cycling, first you need to learn how.

Well in my defense if i can do it with $5 i can do it with $50,000
but that's all theoretical.
the only problem i see myself having is the psychological gap

also i did start with $400 but i had to pull those funds for personal reasons.

ive been pretty much scaling my position size every trade i take, i usually only risk 1-3% per trade and i use a 20-30 pip hard stop depending on the time i am trading and time frame.

I think in relation to the pic referred to by newmark, if you look at the 1st red bar & the 2nd last green bar, the move from the extreme low to the close was the same.
