What is TS data quality for FX like?

Hello - I really need a decent 3-4 year backfill for major FX pairs, 1 min timeframe.

I have found free sources of 1 min data from Alpari, etc... but the quality of these has been terrible - it doesn't match my Interactive Brokers data at all, and has lots of gaps between bars.

Tradestation appear to offer 3.5 years backfill. I am thinking of opening an account with them to backfill the data.

A few questions about this:

1. What is the TS FX data like?
2. Can I export the data to an ASCII file?
