Isn't P&F like Renko only instead of beeing printed "normally" boxes are on top of each other?

I hadn't had a chance to study Renko closely, looks like it is doing something similar.
I like the alignment of levels in columns better in PnF because you can see more.

I posted some ideas about breachs earlier in this thread.
I liked having more control over it, being able to see what the breach was and being able to have a setting that only shows 7-9's or 5-9's etc. Just in playing with it 7-9's seemed to be the best setting for seeing what areas reached.
So, am I seeing this correctly, the way Bredin is plotting his PnF charts, it actually is showing the breach's right?
