let's see if i get this right..see chart below ...
down momo then we have a failure to close beyond extreme, we mark the extreme with big white line..and wait for momo in the oposite direction and act on that

or am i missing the plot completly?

Hey spa :) momo down = correct.. momo extreme = correct.. that fail u have marked has no significanse to me really since, yes it failed but no body in direction of profit from it and then continued down. Price now moves on to close beyond our established ressistance.. This new "momo" also makes an extreme.. this extreme is poked and a big fail followed by a body in the direction of profit.. then followed by momo towards old extreme .. (most of this is not market on the chart) .. and ofc this was the wrong pic i posted here so ;) but.. spa.. also remember that i am but a person like you trying to learn this.. pls dont take this with more then a gram of salt cuz.. thats all it is rly

i understand the grain of salt thingy...
so to resume your looking for failure to close beyond extreme and from there ideally should be a body in the direction of profit and momo reversal... makes sense, let's see if i can spot it real time

How greedy people can be?? :(

I took revenge, got 25 pips shorting straight after that loss putting 5 times bigger position................
