What helped me was to try to take 2 or 3 pips to begin with, then i could see that a 2% (10 total pips) gain could be grabbed in an hour or so. Then when I had this down I began to see when I could hold for more, based on PA alone.

Also I saw that 5 minutes can be a very long time

Heh, especially if your trade is wandering around between -4 and -8 pips and your brain is screaming "Go damn you, go!"

I had four losers in a row then made back nearly all my losses in one big trade. I then atttempted to enter a trade that would have resulted in my daily target only to get requoted in a terible way. I must say that was with my Alpari UK account not MBTrading. No wonder Alpari has such a bad rep.

Of course this is not a one off, it happens VERY OFTEN.

A person could make his target on that one signal.

Yes I agree we could reach our daily targets on that one signal, its just a matter of being able to suffer the losses prior to that. Some may say the losses would be avoided by cutting trades short but if that is the policy adopted then there is a VERY high chance of the winner being cut short dont you agree?

P.S. What broker is everyone using? I am moving funds from Alpari to MBT, inevitable really.
