It's not a dead horse unless it's a dead horse.

3 days ago this setup was named something else by someone in a certain group because of what someone was doing but given the same name as somebody who was trading it. Make sense?

I am studing a newish methodology that is based on listening to how these 2 hedge fund guys describe how they look for orders and how "retail" loses a lot of their trades.
They are in the first half of the video if you don't want to watch it all.

I actually recall MO talk about it briefly and I think ICT does also. I'm interested because I am a scholar of all things trading and I may use it on higher timeframes in the future. You never know what the research will say.
Like they said, it really depends on how much money you are trading. . .
I'm a fan of 3x the space in the beginning with the same level of risk and then tightening up when risking OPM; because it doesn't matter how many times you get stopped out for a fraction of other people's money.
Profit-taking levels, as well as the breakout, are all common entry points if you're sloshing money around. . .
if they are sized to a multiple of the daily ATR then they have weekly chart sized space, and this whole chart is like working with 6 pips. . .
each line on the hourly chart below being similar to a pip gained or lost.
What I am saying is, risk money to make money and don't worry about what other people are doing. . .
they are doing the same thing.

Dang Igazi,

lolz
People forget old stuff (no matter good or bad) and search for something new. Heck, it happens to me coz I get bored very fast especially after I figure it out. Thus, my weekend learning.
South Korea is the fastest market in terms of music industry. The average age for girl group or boy group there is approx. 6 to 7 years and then the group is going to be disbanded. Games will be deserted after a year or two if they don't have DLCs.
Put your DeadHorse 3.0 and the thread will be just fine

I have a feeling this entry type will be another DeadHorse variant after doing preliminary study. Have Deadhorse 3.0 would assume the originals needed upgraded.
There has always been variation for different entry/exit criteria. Its been the part I wanted people to figure out for themselves and their needs.
I didnt use inside bars, but Yirbu did and made it his own.
Originally the zline was my preferred entry. Then when you understand what a zline really is, many things become zlines.
I would say my true study of the market is " Where are the SL stacked up nearby"
Additionally my other study has been how can a new person start this business, shave off some learning time, and not spend a lot of money to do it.

Uuuuuuhhh... that's a noble thing to do. Might as well open a class so the effort will be concentrated and the vids will do the teaching.

I am also selfish and I don't want the responsibility. I just want to be an unknown professional trader. I don't want to be a professional mentor also.
I thought about releasing videos before but people can be s**t. They will track you down for no reason and dox you. I dont need the hassle.
I know first hand. Ive been searching for Prochargedmopar for awhile. Ive narrowed it down to the highest concentration of superchargers and burgers. I have a push pin map on my wall.

I also discovered that the newbies always know more than me. That is right up until they prove me right. I know I am not always right. I do know that I have a lot of experience and wisdom that even if I am wrong its not detrimental to someone.

Re: Aliassmith Beats a "Dead Horse"
If there ever was a mystery, Ill put some of my stats out there for you.
This was from last week and over time my stats tend to be similar.
*The accuracy is probably closer to 75% over more trades. *Sometimes I take more trades during the week.
*I also lowered my lot size.
**** Those numbers are about $1,000,000 a year ****

Its not even a big deal. I watch this woman/girl on youtube, Tori Trades. She is interesting and annoying simultaneously. Anyway she trades futures on the 1 hour chart and she uses trendlines.
From the stats she put out she made over 400% in 2022. She learned from her uncle over the last 7 years.Trade Your Way as Long as It Makes Money!
