Generally speaking I don't see it.
A zline long is pushing away from demand.
A zline short is pushing away from supply.

When we think of S@D we think of areas that have greater influence than the counterpart.

S@D are always in a battle.
Imbalance to balance to Imbalance
Imbalance is where you might identify rejection.

I'm not sure I fully understand.
Would you be kind enough to throw up an example chart please?

When you watch those supply and demand videos along with structural flips you should get a better understanding.

I guess for us Newbies placing the stop loss under the bottom edge of the S&D box looks a reasonable place.

Zline + Zline stack
I think ASK price might be covering up the lower line
Average move about 20 points stacked.

As per your suggestion, I'm going through the thread, starting from around 12 months ago.
This is an example you showed back on Jan 26th.

Where you have drawn the Zline, if we draw a box to the top of that candle, is that not then also a suppply zone?

If you want an understanding about the basics of the deadhorse start at page 41 (I know it by heart), read about 10 pages and then fast forward to the last 12 months like Alias said.
