Pretty sure you can see why I don't worry about losses. My risk to reward on trades is very high. Now I don't always get crazy returns like that. But on average if I place 5 trades, I will lose two, two will pay 2 to 1 and one will pay 3 to 1. So after five trades and have I made 5 to 1 on my money. So at a 1% risk I make 5%. Not to bad. But I will easily take five losses in a row at times. Which can and will get to you

losses are ok, if they are caused by following your plan. Its the losses you take not following your plan that are not allowed. Even tho I took those couple of losses last week on GU, I was ok with them because they followed my plan. Had they worked I would have been posting about the wins instead and some member that's lurking would think to himself that they only worked after the fact of some bs.

Journal everyday and every trade. Take screenshots and mark what you were thinking before the trade, during and after. I have a rule that if I don't record a trade then I cant trade for a day. Its as simple as that. You have to make rules and punishments for them to make yourself accountable.

Obvisouly you don't know who I am. Im the king of taking losses on Kreslik. I probably take more losses then anyone while still being profitable. Ill post a chart anaylysis and price will do the complete opposite. Losses are very much ok, cuz my winners crush the loses. Ive seen Lem win 19 out of 20 trades and the one loss he hedged and won that. Dragon won over a hundred wins in a row. Besides from those two are pretty sure everyone takes losses on this site that is profitable. I happily show my losses. I only win about 3 out of five trades and even less when im swing for the fences and trading long term with super small sl (think 20-30 pip stop but winning 1,000+ pips). But don't forget I lose a lot of pips some times trying to get those hundred of pips. Plus I always have multiple TP's so I do the same. Keep doing whats making you money. I gravited towards this style just cuz I do take some many losses. Do what makes you money.

I've come across guys making $500k+ a year taking about 10 pips at a time.

Ive seen one guy literally just trading for 1-3 points on ES making over $100,000k on a good week, average about $10,000k a day. He also takes like 20-40 trades a day. He is one hell of a sclaper. but aliassmith makes a beautiful point. You don't need a lot of pips to make a killing. Hell you don't even need to be a great trader. An average trader making a handful of pips everyday or week will add up to more money then you could ever imangine.
