Assuming that you are using MT4, all you have to do is drag and drop them onto the chart you want to apply them to from the "Navigator" window. Once you have them there adjusting the properties will allow you to move them between windows or reposition them on the screen depending on the indicator.
I have found that some indicators have a tendency to disappear if placed in anything but the primary window.

However you have given out so many indicators. How could i find the right
one to attach to the chart, so it will show up as your Statistical System?
As well as the other chart that has appeared on Jan 11, 2008 for USA/JPY 5M about the buying zone.
Could you or someone provide the templates for both charts?
