I lost the first trade of the week

I was expecting a rejection from the dotted line to the range's midpoint.. but effectively there was no sell-off below my line.
Price made some pivot a little above but never closed higher.. (m5/m15)

I traded the reversal and I took another loss
My SL was the Magenta line, I had a TP a bit lower than the most recent extreme.

Not good :(

Last weekend I realized that if price closes above a top it creates a demand and if it closes below a bottom it creates a supply.. but now I think I'm wrong.

In my head everything makes sense but I cannot trade it, I don't know why.

Last week I took some nice bounce simply trying to trade off the extremes, may I have to keep doing what I was doing..

It takes time, Mira

In the end it is experience that wins the day.

Thanks, it's true.
I started two years ago to trade with "magic" indicators.. I even traded with a parabolic SAR to find the direction
A chart was just a place to put an indicator on. Obviously i was losing money at the light speed, and i don't want to talk about "hedging" or martingale models that i've tried #-o

Then i "discovered" PA basics (patterns, candlesticks patterns and finally supply and demand) but nothing was working at my blind eyes, even if i was placing my stop loss exactly where i'm placing it nowadays.
Kreslik.com is the first and last forum that i joined in, i've been lucky finding this board and i always knew this.

It was one year ago when i spent everyday on NLA and i'm taking some (virtual) profit just in the last two weeks.. i still got a long way to go :D

Mira, for what its worth......

Your determination and commitment is unquestionable! Try focusing in on less. Find where you feel you are strongest with what you have learned thus far from Mo or anybody else here on the thread and laser in on it.
For me, and please no offense Mo, I luv ya, Mo is like a whole cow, you have to consume the mastery that he shares with us in in pieces. Mastering a piece at a time. When I do master a new piece, then and only then do I add it to my arsenal.

Another example is like Robot ideas, I get ideas for EA's all the time. I am now pretty much convinced that the way I trade is not EA'able. Everytime I look or work on an EA my manual trading suffers. Why is that? I don't consciously change a thing, but those projects, no matter how small take away from the laser focus I have developed on the things that I know work for me.

Your on the right track.
Never give up!

It always takes Momentum to break Momentum!
"A small loss is just as satisfying as a large gain" -MO
"Sometimes we need to stop learning and start thinking...."
"Once you stack, you'll never go back!"

I figured here would probably be the best place to post this.

V8power end up passing away a few weeks ago.

I know he would want me to thank all those that have helped him in anyway shape or form. Apologize to anyone he has offended. And wish the best of luck to everyone trading.

V8 loved this placed and consider it his home and everyone here family.

I also know he would be annoyed if I were posting about this and at least didn't leave some remark on trading.

So here is one of his last trades and something he had posted about that he was looking at and that was his 3rd add on position to his long term GU trade. It was just a basic S/R trade or "a line in which price does or doesn't close under/over".

Keep things basic until u have proven to yourself that you have a winning methodology and then slowly add in advance idea's.
