Or you don't understand that a chart of 30 second closing prices is going to close into the wick of a 1 minute candle chart and that the difference between the charts will be negligible.

If we go back further to 15 seconds and then 10 seconds it will consume more and more the range.

And the original argument was: "what does an OHLC chart show you that a chart of the closes (example given is a chart of 1/2 the candle period) doesn't"

And the answer should be obvious. . .it has nearly the same output for double the input: OHLC vs CC.

Do you think the mind cannot adapt to OHLC?
Reversals show up the same way with OHLC, OHL, OLC or 2 MA's. LOL

So @ Pro, how have beginners done learning from Dave as there is a lot of info to process and they wont have the situational awareness that seasoned traders such as yourself have to navigate the noisy bar charts.
I can see what Igazi is saying, less information to process for beginners, gives you more of an overview approach, easier to make a decision etc

So @ Pro, how have beginners done learning from Dave as there is a lot of info to process and they wont have the situational awareness that seasoned traders such as yourself have to navigate the noisy bar charts.
I can see what Igazi is saying, less information to process for beginners, gives you more of an overview approach, easier to make a decision etc

He teaches TWO things.
The long videos and massive amounts of repetition are to help you BELIEVE IN YOURSELF and that what you are seeing is the TRUTH.

MO and Igaz have summed up trading in a SINGLE post many times.
Who really can believe that is all there is?
Needs to be a thread of 100 pages and the SAME post over and over.
Then, and only then will failures SEE. LOL

I'm listening to Dave in a Discord right now.
He's not even showing charts, just yapping.
Just now said "people think he be saying something new, NOPE, just saying the same thing over and over."
Wait for a flip and trail your highs/lows (same as counting pullbacks).

ICT is an old guy, He does mornings and spaces on weekends.
Dude is killing it though on twitter, Tue. he cranks it up LIVE.
Oh, and he has been active in the mentorship since 2016.
