No problem BB,

look for the breakout.....i look at the 50percent area of the candle that is actually breaking out...if there is a run of same color candles...do the 50percent of the runs...thats one line.....

The open of momentum..that was broke is the other line.....

make sense?

Almost BB,

In the 1st one, im marking the 0 of the red candle, then i mark the 0 and the 50 of the greens combined.

In the 2nd one, I mark the 0 of the green and the 0and the 50 of the reds combined...

Just how I do it...works for me

Thanks Doji i understand now, i can see why short wasnt going short at all on that trade and it was at top. I need to absorb it in my trading now.

I will stick to 4hr and 15min as you suggest , i think thats good advice.
Hopefully this will help lot others as well see it.

Really appreciate your effort and time Doji.
I will keep posting in here if thats ok and helping where i can?

BB

In preparing yourself for war, you must rid yourself of myths and
misconceptions. Strategy is not aquestion of learning a series of moves or
ideas tofollow like a recipe
; victory has no magic formula.Ideas are
merely nutrients for the soil: they lie in your brain as possibilities
, so that
in the heat of themoment they can inspire a direction, an appropriateand
creative response. Let go of all fetishes--books,techniques, formulas,
flashy weapons--and learn tobecome your own strategist.

Thus one's victories in battle cannot berepeated--they take their form in
response to inexhaustibly changing circumstances.

The pattern is the same no matter how you learn to see it....
Same on all time frames.

Here is a 30 min 5 min example:

Note:- the shaded blue and red areas are my combineded 4hr candles areas.

My question is :- is that 15min momo off the bottom good enough?, the 3 red down 15min candle previous are freaking me out.
