Why didn't you get filled. You can see price went through your order (assuming that's what the line reps). Who do you trade with?

Candles are an AVG. of actual price/bid/ask
My limit line MUST be penetrated by what ever the spread is at that particular time to get filled.
If it is a stop level it only has to get "close" and not actually touch it....... Hahahahaah
