All that you need is:
1) the weekly open price (the only price that you need to mark)
2) a 4 hour chart
3) some graph paper folded up in your pocket with grids that are about the size of this "o".
4) "Google Sheets" to generate prices for x's and o's (or do it by hand...)

Mobile MT4 will display the OHLC up at the top when you select the crosshair "+" and click on a candle.

You would then keep your eye on the small charts and update the P&F every 4 hours.
