If people give their body enough time to make the switch from burning carbs for energy to fat, keto is amazing. I would still recommend a weekly carb up or a high carlorie day to make sure thyroid doesnt drop. The fact you have ran a keto diet for a year is very impressive. I'm sure you'll drop those last 10 pounds no problem.

The lifetime membership when it was cheap.
I get every course he ever produces for "free" for life.

Figured that was better than endlessly being tempted to dump cash on a regular basis.
I have no subscriptions to anybody, except the M.O.
And it appears to be free too. Otherwise I'd be broke. LOL

Im thinking the month of engagement with ucad is about up and Ive learned nothing.
