coding new tsi indicator

ok.. SOMe one pls help with rewriting the Chin Breakout Alert which can be
found here : http://codebase.mql4.com/download/6863 and post it here for download.
ITs a great tool, but needs litle modification.
It does not allow to set my own R and S levels.
(it does, but as soon i switch to other timeframe it resets itself) i want the lines to stay where i put them no matter what timeframe i am looking at and also it does not remember my R and S levels if mt4 platform is restarted
Please somehow remove the R and S calculation system from this alert indicator so everything can be drawn manualy and mt4 trader remember the lines.
Normaly mt4 trader remember all drawn lines after restart.
