What days are NOT trading days? What sessions are not trading sessions?

our biggest mistake is thinking that trading requires something outside of our everyday experience..

I eat Delmonico steaks every day, they're $14.99/lb at the supermarket, but I prefer lamb loin chops as they are always cheap and delicious.

I paid $10.99/lb, 11 cuts cost me $36.82, and that's $3.35 each . . .
personally, I can't eat more than 3.

If I purchase a whole lamb, it will cost me $17.90/lb.
