Alias said a close above a candle is a Zline.
Yes, closes matter.
Long above up bar.
Big down bar close below something, but not the buy level....short in middle for 1 line.

1 line vs 3 line question isn't about being easy. It will become more about being very selective and looking for clues that make 3 lines more likely.

Try testing your hand a 1.5x return on each trade. That alone makes a world of difference in the math department. Average risk 1 line to average gain 1.5 lines. Notice I said AVERAGE its not about each single trade. Its more about 20 trades.

Why the angry face after quoting me?
Also as a caveat, just because you see a zline doesn't mean you trade the zline. I sure MO said that. I also agree. There can be qualifiers such as other bias indications.

Is there a bullish/bearish sentiment.
Are you currently in a liquidity zone ...supply/demand
Are you actually trading the H4 chart but entering on the 15M.
