Look into your TTO orders. This is where you can set entry, stop, and profit target in one execution. Once placed you can edit from the pending order window. The best method and timeframe is all a personal choice. If I was in CA I'd be studying the market movement from about 10:30 p.m. your time till as long as I could hang. I believe TRO's in the Pal talk thru the a.m New York, if he doesn't respond ask him at the link below, he's been hanging here lately. Post away on the charts, start a journal, consider this your journal if you like. Lot's of folks here will give you feedback.
