dude
haha
im always trying to get in somehow
and thats such a bad habit

when i used to work for props
there were days where the old traders would play poker ALL DAY
they had the table
that green fkn blanket
the chips
everything

when they were not feeling it
they just werent involved
and those were the guys that were clipping 50 - 200 lots
its safe to asume that they werent just lazy

i lack selfcontrol in that aspect for sure
im gluten free intolerant

I thought you trade a few different outrights? Don't let the DAX keep you down.:D maybe just run some stats to review your performance for the year to keep busy.

I ran that on my last 50 trades in the forex account. Traded G/J and G/U about 95% of the time. 83% win/loss and 1.10 risk/reward. Net about 450 pips. Maybe I can get my risk/reward a little better.

Yeah, you're right but I have a small, annoyed, demon on my shoulder biting my ear reminding me that I have other stuff to do away from the charts, so I am in a mood 'coz I want to trade and know I can't get stuck into anything of substance.

I should have been out the door and smoke out the tailpipe half an hour ago.

This guy has chewed half my ear off...

yes
thats a great way to use the extra time

i also run stats on myself
my recent biggest takeaway was that over 80% of the time price moves at least 2 ticks more then my initial targets
it might sound like nothing
but in scalping its over 16 more ticks on 10 trades
thats insane in the long run

so i really hope i wont start targeting better

Even if you catch .5 to 1 tick more on average that makes a difference over a few hundred contracts. Something to observe live at least.
