Started with reverse band squats worked up to a triple. Then paused squats for 2 sets of triples. Then inclined press, added 10pds and 2 reps from last time. Reverse grip pulldowns added 20pds. Low pull rows. Kroc rows witb no straps. Straight barbell curls. Lateral raises. Close grip banded 2 board bench press. Then paused leg press with deadlift stance. And finished it off with a 50 rep leg press rest paused style.
If any one has done high rep leg work knows what hell this can be. Even worse is when done at the end of the workout when your blood sugar is low. Needless to say i loss my lunch after this set. I love when the cardio bunnies and trainers stay at me, like I am crazy.
Full body workouts and high rep leg training is DEADLY.
Cuddos'.
My training has been hit and miss since the failure of the 1000 day challenge.
Lots of "emergency" repairs/vacations took me off track.
Bout to get back on it right now though.
5 mo. ago I joined The Y, in anticipation of a new one that is opening 1.5 miles from our house.
I'm wanting all the kids to get involved with no excuses....Teen nights every friday, Kids programs, sports of their choice,
2 pools, indoor track, free weights, machines, blah blah.
It will be pretty neat to get in some true Bodybuilding type workouts.
Opens mid. April.
Currently, and for the last 25yrs I've been working out in my home gym.
It's grown to be basically a mini crossfit facility.
I had a platform setup in my living room with chinup bar, rings, and all about 10yrs ago after my 3rd marriage.
I've got Rings, Chin bars, 2 oly platforms, SQ racks, KB's, Airdyne, etc.
Everything except a concept 2 rower.
