I feel sad, people flock to these youtube people and treat them like IDOLS. You can see it in their writing and also desperation.

If it was about hanging out and looking at charts for fun most of those "family" types would ghost away.

Im not saying their stuff doesn't work. Its variations of the same stuff.

Everyone wants to believe they are so smart and trading like the hedgefunds or banks.

Someone can only give you tools and training. The success must come from inside.

I feel the same.
That's why I don't like the whole Dave cult.
In it's core it's the same as 30 years ago, youngsters idolize others, be it popstars, sport heroes etc.
It's just that now the heroes are online and they specifically target people who are sensitive to be a part of these groups/cults so they can monetize on that. Online everyone can be a rockstar, super trader, sports god or amazing chef.

Not so long ago I was talking to a 11 year old and the boy was watching someone playing videogames online.
Day in day out...He wasn't interested in playing himself, just watch.

That is what makes me feel sad...
But I guess it's also a sign I am older now.

I don't know Pro personally so I can't say anything specific. It's good to be enthusiastic about something, anything, as it keeps you alive. I'm still in a lot of groups (Telegram, WA, FB) so I am like that kid also. I watched YT traders, a lot of them, as a form of entertainment when I get nothing out of them. The people that really give you something valuable are not on YT anyway. There are a few here and there who I benefited from but the majority are not and Dave is in this category. I saw his vid and there really is nothing that I can take home. He tried his best to explain stuff and new traders are getting help from him so this is a good thing. IF Myante explained S/D in a lot more detail but before him there was Sam. I have confidence to say both of their students have crazier results than Dave it's just that they don't do 6 hours of live streaming.

One thing that ticked me off is Dave claimed that he is never wrong and he's been repeating this. Well, big lolz People who are heavens above him wouldn't even say that. I mean the guy talks for 6 hours so maybe that's why he blurted out stuff. Show me 20 years worth of trades without a single losing trade and then we'll talk about "I am never wrong" stuff. If anyone is allowed to boast at all then it's Honma Munehisa coz everyone's using his stuff and his descendants are not asking for royalties lolz

I mentioned this before, someone who spent a lot of time and resources to make vids will want something in return in some form or the other to which Alias said he's a new type of hippies (don't remember exactly his wording). And it seems like it's happening. Gather disciples phase is on. Not that I care though. If he's teaching good then many more people will push the price to my TP.

I watched Dave do his live and the guy can't be wrong. His whole thing is if this happens then it goes up. If that happens it goes down. Lol yes it will go up or down no kidding. I believe you can use his teachings to make a profitable system. It isn't new and he isn't always correct.
