Boho Beautiful with wife.

Shoulder smoker, and flexibility has decreased since retiring. To much sitting at PC. LOL

He came to Kreslik as a big swinger that stayed on large charts.
He left kreslik using 'smaller' timeframes to build HUGE positions quickly so when it swung, IT SWUNG. LOL

Just don't get crossed up looking at the 'smaller' timeframe and lose track of the ultimate goal on the Higher timeframe.

You can only look at the 5M chart and make a lot of cake
You can look at multiple timeframes and make a lot of cake
What you need to do it focus on what makes "You" money.

This is why I can't give anyone an exact plan to follow. In the end its what works for you.

Are you making more money by continuing to look at everything out there NO. Then stop doing that.

Are you making more money when you look at multiple timeframes then stop doing that.

For every time I've seen someone jump from one system to another. I've seen someone use that method and make money

Rant over.

I think it comes down to experience. The last few minutes of that video you shared years ago, the guy mentioned the word inflection. My system is the same. Targeting previous highs/lows...in essence a z-line. Entry is the same...pointy thing...let it be a pointy thing on the daily or a pointy thing on a 4hr chart. If I'm not targeting highs/lows, I'm targeting the missed pivot. I'm simply adding or removing small bricks from the house I've already built. Some bricks can potentially open up a new world of understanding/belief/etc...

The final form of my system would be what Pro mentioned. Using smaller time frames to catch larger swings. Now that I understand the idea of scaling out (thank you for the video) I know I can stay in swings longer, absorbing larger pullbacks without a need to liquidate my position or see the probability of my stop loss being hit increase. I need to practice it a few times to get the scaling out part, but overall I'm liking it because the numbers make sense.

Interesting. There's definitely a lot of growth throughout his posts. I can actually get a feel as how he kept building up his knowledge. I think you summed it best though. Thanks for the reminder!

Trading is a journey, that's for sure.
Zoomed out, zoomed in.
trade one candle or trade a thousand.
Dudes on 5sec charts and 5 day charts (weekly, lol) all banking.

They are not searching for a system/method.
They are searching for something that will Band-Aid their psyche.
They are searching for a cover-up.
Their psychological belief systems and inadequacies are the biggest obstacle.

Trading is simple, TRO
It's really hard to believe everyone can't do it. MO

Fact is, Very few can do it with great success.
Any time I've seen polls about profitability either lots of people don't want to say so OR they ain't many that are.
If 50% of traders were successful, Banks/Brokers would be broke. :P

Yep MO was a daily, monthly, weekly trader. He came to show us how to do the same.

Some of us took his knowledge and showed him it is the same on 5m. 15m, 1H. He then incorporated short term with long term and taught us some incredible ideas.

MO started me on a journey to break down his ideas and study price behavior. Turns out price behavior is a reflection of human behavior and group behavior patterns.
...or group behavior pretaining to market auctions
...and these behaviors are fractal

I may have went over this in the past.
