Im sure you are feeling much lighter on your feet with more energy. You've made a huge % drop in weight.
195# is my dream weight but Im not willing to do #whateverittakes like Rich Piana to get there.
Once I start to go up 4-6# I see a slight roll on my belly forming (wife calls it skin) and I go right back to lowering carbs which leads me to be stuck in the 175# range.
Been doing this for 20+yrs. Hahah.
I WILL NEVER BE A FAT PERSON.
