Wouldn't it be easier to open a 3x chart and take a gander?
H1.....look at H3
H8....look at D1
M5....m15, ect. ect.


You always say its the LINE that is what matters anyway.....or a fast moving extreme for the exit. I don't see much value in OBV but I'm sure there are those that live and die by it. More power to em'.

On 2ND thought, if you really do have an RSI ea that is GUARANTEED to lose money, notice I said "lose", then send it. All I'd have to do is REVERSE the system and be guaranteed to make money. RIGHT?

EXACTLY.

A successful trader (real trader) can take 100 systems and make them all work/be profitable.
BUT,
You can take 100 noobie traders and give them the BEST system and 95% of them will fail.

I have also tried the find a system that hemorrhages money and take the opposite trade and the same thing happened to me- they still lost money.

So its not just newschool who cant code.

I think what causes a mechanical system to lose money is two things.
1) exits, which are hard to code, and
2) filtering bad entries, which is also hard to code
