I keep on telling folks to wash down a stack to cookies with a tall glass of delicious milk, But no one listens . Look to the left you'll see them, with their mouths covered in chocolate with utterly confused expressions & a case of slight indigestion.

Today was a beautiful day to trade the ES. Quick question for ya. What points do you use to mark your fibs. On this pic the swing low and swing high just happen to be the low and high of the day.

Today was a beautiful day to trade the ES. Quick question for ya. What points do you use to mark your fibs. On this pic the swing low and swing high just happen to be the low and high of the day.

I often run a 'Fib-Map' over the chart, so will have a main H-to-L but then have possibly a weekly or daily overlay and finally a fluid lower timeframe one as a third.

The lower one will be off of the latest price turn or the last candle.

I am looking for a confluence of significant lines, especially those that match up to S+D.

I posted over on Daily Forex Thread that I didn't get on on anything as was out all day. As it turned out, just after I wrote that, I [b]did [/b]get a HOLO entry but because of that, I missed out on The Flip set-up.

I am looking at this in hindsight therefore and I have no inclination to go and check minute-by-minute how the moves went but it seems like although the second candle ended up as a ''non-flip'', it did in fact move enough in the opposite direction originally (as a WZ move) to get the percents needed.

It then gave the outside break that would be expected after a Flip-Fail.

Only interested in a Long Break for The Flip today, as I was looking at a combination of a DWZ move and micro Demand Zone.
