Inside Bars Indicator Help

Hi guys I need someone to help me understand this indicator (I am pretty sure its a TRO Masterpiece...

As you can see from the image, each line is a currency pair. What I dont understand are the significance or what the 2 arrows and the # are prior to the trade direction.

Can one of you guys please help me out?

Alerts when there is an inside bar break out

If price is above open line and there is an inside bar
then if price crosses above inside bar high, go long

If price is below open line and there is an inside bar
then if price crosses below inside bar low, go short

Arrow indicates the color of the daily candle

Arrowhead indicates the direction of the DIBS trade

thanks so muck oldmangeezer! but what is the number for? for example on USDSGD the number is 24?

Do you know anyone that could tweak this thing to give email alerts? I seem to always be away from my desk (sleeping) when they kick in.
