In this long right now.
To the left we have a bearish wall, but price is low and a Doji Zone appeared.
I waited for a H4 candle to close with a wick, then I drew a line at the close of that candle. That line became my entry when ...
i saw a close with momentum above that line on H1.
SL is at a #1, TP is at a #2 and entry is at a #3.
I'm no more optimistic about entries, they always do what they want.. but I can't see mistakes, let's see.

down momentum removed, congestion, higher closes. Confluence with doji zones, `reversed` fractals. i like how it played on angles too. magic. time to get back money i lost earlier today. never learn, always giving back what i win:)
.... got out of it, dont like 10pm spikes in my broker. Anyway i think the real long entry was lower than mine - eg retest of this blue bar leaving doji zone
i keep looking at the `closes` idea. got MOs chart on my desk and whenever i look at it, there is sth more there. some momentum candles are well hidden. tricky business though to spot them live:) i need sth simple. i`ll try sth else tomorrow:)

What is a more effective than stacking?
Let's say that you are a SL/TP trader risking .3125% per trade. If you lose 5 trades then you are down 1.5625% and you have to win 5 trades just to break even.
If you stack then -5 trades is -1.5625%, assuming that you didn't bring your lines back up to 8, but how fast can we get out of the negative?
Trade 1: +2 lines, (10/8).3125 : we are at -1.25%
Trade 2: +2 lines, (10/8).3906 :we are at -.859%
Trade 3: +2 lines, (10/8).4882 : we are at -.468%
Trade 4: +2 lines, (10/8).6103 : we are at +.1423%
Trade 5: +2 lines, (10/8).7629 : we are at +.9052%
Trade 6: +2 lines, (10/8).9536 : ware are at +1.858%
(the number after 10/8 is your profit on the next trade).
The SL/TP trader is only up .3125% on trade 6, we are beating him by almost 6 trades(!).
What about someone risking 320% more money than us? 1% per trade? We are beating him as well and by almost a full trade!
More risk out of pocket is just more risk out of pocket; more initial risk will only increase your drawdown.
What about a 'lose win win' pattern? We are both down, we are both break even, stacker makes more on the next trade.
If you adjust your position size and bring your lines back up to 8 then you are not going to recover as quickly but as the other guy is
losing 1% per trade you will be staying within the same 1% risk box.

You're not really losing.
You are in a "the other guy" open trade, with the price floating between an entry price and the stop loss.
So stacking&normalzing is either the best way of defend space and to make money.

Remember that trading is neither solely the sword nor is it solely the shield.
One should attack but not give chase, defend but be keen to opportunity.
Thanks MO for this preciouses infos, you are helping very much

I need to wear my glasses when I make posts.
They are right there on the desk but sometimes I believe that I can see when in reality I am pretty dmn blind.

Thank you MO!
In this moment I'm seeing it but I am afraid to fall in blindness, again.
I need to HOLD it!
