I like your puzzle posts...

Thanks Manta :D

I always slow down at the end of the year and prepare for the next...
but I'll try to be more active

-I was going to mark this chart up, but I thought that you might want to have a go at it:

PebbleTrader wrote:"The clue of the day is: COPY & PASTE "

Was that a clue to not needing a trending market?

Is that a computer analogy like how you copy and paste things with a computer?

Yes

It is simply a matter of resizing when you are right and resizing when you are wrong.

You can increase the power as profits roll in and then water it down and shape a longer term position or you can do anything your heart desires.

Capturing a move, resizing, and grafting it onto the next trade/period/chart is copy and paste.

Thanks MO! :D

Inject profit to become "mighty" and "unstoppable" LOL

I'm still trying to work my way through your example you posted in the "Why you lose at trading" thread. I will figure it out because I'm persistent, I have looked at it for 20 minutes every day since you posted it.

No matter where life takes you, you will always check the market and always want to continue being a part of it. It's like that first true love, it will always be there no matter what the distance, no matter whether they are alive or dead.

The guidelines for selecting a single shift apply to selecting the leading CC.

I should just start a blog so everything is in one place...

Yeah, that's kind of the downside to a forum format.

The way that you post sequentially and the problem with being able to search through 1000's of posts quickly and easily.

Interesting thing is, that usually 1st or 3rd CC shows High/Low of the swing and you can safely place a trade.
Nice stuff, MO!

Very nice observation Manta, I was saying the same thing to a friend in GT:

Referring to recombined CC (3-CC):

"If you can imagine that everything between two closes is a wick,
the "wick closes" time an entry instead of picking a price.
So, if I were short in gray, the white or red close may be an entry."

See, you don't need me to add text to the charts, you're brilliant on your own

 "So, if I were short in gray, the white or red close may be an entry." - Do you mean RAT entry? No, no, no, it would be too easy...
