2009.09.10 DRAIN THE BANKS - LIKE A RAT

Another Money Making Trade. Three small losses on the 5 minute chart, saw this around 12pm central US time and it paid off.

Started earlier today. Same concept, saw the opportunity, was willing to lose those few pips. Paid off. Using the SEMAS as Lemercenaire recommended. Looks like its working.

If you look at my two most recent posts. You'll notice that price BOUNCES off the previous day WICK ZONE. The yellow color is yesterday's wick.

1. Price TENDS to stay away from WICKS
2. This means that price TENDS to OPEN and CLOSE:
a. Within yesterdays body
b. Outside yesterdays wick area (zone).

With this information and the correct HL5 modifications, a sensible TP on the rat trades is achieved.

Next on the list GBPAUD. GBPNZD is the same but the spread is about 2 pips more. For small stop losses, I don't feel comfortable.
