Helmy & csbueno

Entered for the NY open and out minutes later and a 3-Semafor showed up a few seconds later. Every day the market is the market and the market is different. Picked up 40pips on 1 or 20 demo contracts! Thanks csbueno, Helmy and Chappy. As you can see I've sent a lot of time chart cleaning. -Patch the Chart Cleaner

jtraderco wrote:thanks. yes today was a good day.
I try to take trades only after 6am gmt+1 time.
I use 30mins to take trades and 5mins then to follow and move my trailing.
trading here only eurjpy and gbpjpy
good post guys and good system
i have the entry 30pips below the opening, you use 20pips?
example on gbpjpy my entry was at 155.65 and not 155.75(opening at 155.95). btw I also enter 5pips after the break of that level.

i m only a newbie with this system Helmy, i got only 30pips on gbpjpy and half position to be. then i got 30pips and half 60pips on gbpusd.
i use tp30-60-90. what do u use?
thanks

Hi,

The 1st trade i will take only 20-30 pips, 2nd trade another 20-30 pips... but if i loss my 1st trade i will try to cover the loss, meaning my TP will be 80 pips or more... 80-50 will give me 30 pips...

My daily target on my real account is 50 pips per day... if i loss 2 trade (-100 pips) the next trade i will put my tp 150 pips...

P/S : I like today's trade... Easy trade...Tomorrow will be more challenging...who knows... :)

Hi Helmy,

This looks very exciting. Where can I download this TRO BZ. I can't find it on the forum.

Am I correct in saying that its as simple as Buying when the blue line is hit and sell when the red line is hit with SL being 50 pips. monitor the trade and by end of day you should end up in profit. Sounds fabulous. Just wondering if it really works which is why I would like to give it a shot.

Is there anything else you are using to strengthen your trading decision regarding this method?

I'd appreciate it if someone could post link for TRO BZ.

Is it bascially the open price for 8am london time candle?

Cheers

Apls007

I am using an indicator called "tro_buyzone_time." Do a lookup on this name under search and see what you can find. I would post it but I can't find my source where I got it just yet; as there are a group of indicators that TRO gives out as a group for a small donation if you will. You can look up donational indicators as well. If I find this one is among the thousands for free indicators TRO offers, I will post this on this thread for you and others. You can also look up buy zone and buyzone under search as there is a large thread dedicated to this whole strategy.

Get back to you on this,

i see this system gives some stops but in this volatile currencies, you can make up the losses with large wins. I like to exit at my fixed tp's 30-60-90 but I also watch at the 5mins chart(being that i trade on the 30mins) coz in this way i can follow the price action better and raise my tp(using a trailing stop) in your same way(for a long, to every last relative high and so on)..
thanks cs
as a filter i use a 90ema

What Im trying to do, is to minimize the loses (who doesnt?), by being patient and filter just by what I judge appropiate. certainly it is just the art of following price action.
30-50 pips a day can get you very far.

Regards

Carlos

Thanks for letting me know dude. Really appreciate it. This indicator looks too good. Am I correct in saying that you only use this indicator on the opening candle of the london session 8am GMT and no other candle. In other words it only has to be the opening candle for that session. Is that correct?

Cheers Patch, Helmy, TRO, Carlos
