anyone have code for the following indicators

Does anyone have the following indicators that show tick and and the bid tick? They can be seen in this video. One he adjusts to no axis and the other sits under it with the size at each level.. Also any links to get pit noise. I tried a few sites, that offered demos and have received nothing in return. Thanks

That's not an indicator....

One is time/sales chart.

The other is just a tick chart.
