The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced it has approved a joint agency notice of proposed rulemaking to implement the incentive compensation provisions of section 956 of the Dodd Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. The vote was unanimous.

The preamble and regulatory text approved by the Board may be found on the Board's website.  Publication of this preamble and proposed rule in the Federal Register will be delayed to allow all of the agencies to consider the proposal, and comments will be accepted until July 22.
