Time of reflection....

wow...time of reflection on KR...surely I have something better to do?
20 min till new year...just read Pro's post...thinking, im not the only one.
Sick of cooking shows, kids have about 18 friends in the man cave, nephew snoring his head off in the family room.
Mom playing solitare on her cell phone, and wife playing with her new tablet from Christmas.
Birthday is about to end, I will watch the ball drop and wander off to bed.
Dream about the next big trade and successful year.
I think its about time to reflect on the meaning of life in 2015. Maybe a mission trip, weight loss, and or sell the businesses.

Good night fellow Kr'ers

Let's not throw the baby out with the bath water.
Carb timing is KEY!!

Straight up low/no carb and your body become more and more efficient. takes less and less food to continue losing weight.
Stoke yourfat burning furnace with a few donuts or ding dongs. LOL

Drink coffee (with cocunut oil or butter)
Here is what I put in my "breakfast"
Image
Eat meat
Lift heavy
Down some carbs of your choice.
Cherry turnovers, Pizza, Beer, Ice Cream, Rice cakes, whatever. LOL (only once a week if your in extreme fat burn mode)
Next day.
Rinse and Repeat.
Kinda like getting rich pippin'
But ur getting ripped instead.
easy peazy.

Thanks Pro for the advice.
I fell way short of my health goals last year and its taking a toll on my body.
I weigh 338 as of today and am 6'3''. gained 24 lbs since Thanksgiving. Thats one thing im not thankful for. Its sick.
exercise, none existent.
My goal this year is to get serious, and actually do it or the penalty will not only be everything that comes with it, like higher risk for heart
attacks, strokes, diabetes, but to cut my trading time as a consequence to not following a plan to better my health. I love trading. I love the IDEA of being healthy and fast instead of slow and sluggish. I have even noticed a big struggle in my trading London, due to fatigue and vision. Due to that alone, im making the transition to New York session as a primary. It will work better with futures anyway.
I have an Eliptical, and a Bowflex. My goal this week is to get them dusted off and start using them.
As I get my body in a ketonic state, Im hoping by the end of the week to have a good start.
100 lbs is the 1st target to shed off.
I think you have my email? If you can give some BEGINNER, STARTER tips great. Im not ready to start dead lifting massive weight like you and your son do in the vids...lol.....

There really is no secret to it. Eat healthy food, and
at your weight about 2000 cal. a day. The elliptical
for about 30 min. a day. It takes time, you didn't
gain it all in one day.
