My boring daily log

Postby v8power » Wed Nov 05, 2014 2:13 pm

Feel like we need more post here on Kreslik. So gonna start a log that will be updated with my trades sdaily. I appreciate any and all comments. Hope that by posting my trades I will only take high probability trades as I don't want to be posting losers

Trades are rat trades at extremes or in 4hr MZ and using 00,50,100 levels on 4hr charts like dragon has posted before (or my understanding of it) and good ol zlines.

Here are todays trades. +300 pips

Nice trading

I have worked out most of your entries and exits

On that first trade I can see you you basically held until you got a short rat signal on the m15 - no doubt if you got a rat the other way on that last long you would have exited

But what made you take the first long where you did ?

Again nice trading

The first trade had two components to it. Last Thursday after the JPY Monetary Policy Statement price went up about 400 pips. Then last night the BOJ Gov Kuroda Speaks, so I was looking for a reason to buy. Got a little M15 Zline trade and took. The first trade was more kinda of a hunch, but also it was a trade that I felt I could get some good pips out of it if it went my way.

I did have two more trades as price kept breaking upwards and then presented with another rat trade. This type of day is by no means typical for me, but everything just seemed to go my way so I took advantage of it.

If you have any comments I would love to hear them, I always keep an open mind to others ideas if it can help me trade better.

A zline is basically a line on the chart where a (say) breakout trader will enter on a BO -

They then feel fear on price reversing towards their initial entry -

Then they move their stop to Break even ( or an obvious stop )

in this way the big boys can sell where thousands of little guys are willing to buy (or vice versa)

taking their money and good positions

they all get "ZEROED"

In this trade right now. Sold at 1.4540. There was a weekly bottom of a mZ trade at that price, also that was a 50% on hr4 and a 3 sema. Had down momo and price retraced and came back down. Now trying to figure out TP. Might and let this one play out for awhile, not sure yet.

Also came off a weekly high in which h1 candles weren't able to close any higher. I know daily and weekly extremes are the cool thing now on kreslik, but I haven't had a chance to read space wars or the ideas I trade by. I always start and get confused and upset. It only took me about a year to figure out zlines and momos. So yea you could say Im a slow learn. But there next on the list.

If price gives me some good downward moment looking at daily zlines as possible exits. Reading The ideas I trade by thread right now trying to pull some info off that. Any comments or suggestions at turning this into a longer term trade off weekly extremes? Thanks.

Thank you very much for this Captain, clear & concise. Looking through my charts zlines are standing out to me. And ha, I've been a victim of zlines often in my trading. Quite a mind shift, and so obvious now you've pointed them out.

Thank so much
