Or.... We could just observe and learn from MO; Who is right here, right now and who clearly has realized some sort of unique way at looking at PA through years of experience and practical application...

Someone said something about a ebook? Dude!!! Your ebook is right here! and you get to have your questions answered by the guy!

What more could you ask for?

Look I'm sure Ted Warren was the Shizzo in his day (he was I checked :D)... But he is not with us anymore on this material plane... Luckily, we have a student of his, someone who has been enlightened by him and so many others... and he is teaching us... and better yet, he is teaching us BEFORE he gets worldwide exposure and everyone wants to know him and learn from him, so yeah we are fortunate indeed to have our little home we call Kreslik... There is nothing like it anywhere else... and I am amazed that there are so many of old returning to continue the journey...

WE ARE POWERFUL BEYOND MEASURE!

Quite right Jal - I think i also remember uttering a colourful expletive when reading the ebook thingy - but thats me - ain't it? :D Better to have a living, organic work in progress me thinks.

Anyway - another sorry attempt at DOP - (nice momo over pointy place trade on the right I marked up tho)

Thought I would bung in the markup of what I mentioned above - this is my favorite type of PA to trade.

Saw it after the event tho - still its nice to markup.

The hidden gap malarky is from the free material available here

It fits well with my trading style anyway

Looking above and left it would 'ave made a brilliant space trade sequence from an extreme

EDIT - I should have marked the chart with the previous break of pointy place -i.e. the initial break of the top yellow line that broke demand (pointy) to the immediate left - Well, I know what I mean :)

I like how you are separating the triangle from the breakout & I'm sure that your angles will get softer as you gain more experience.

Think of an angle between 'not sideways' and 'not a trend-line'

Yep Jal - I thought its best in my case to try to get one chart looking reasonable

INSOMNIA

Woke up thinking of the PA on this one

I thought

"we are not making triangles - we are coning"

Anyway, now that's out of my system I'm going back to bed

Reduced the angle of the top line and included more "territory" - I am starting to see where this is going now - That, or I'm codding myself (top chart was added last) so sort of 3 2 1 as i worked on it

This is amazing!

Too many lines tho - but I'm seeing them everywhere - it's going to be tough to know which ones to abstract !

OH, yep - I've got to be able to abstact all ef em................... eventually

odd- I find leaving it alone then coming back allows me to see things differently

your fist attempt was pretty much spot on... angles were flat... and this looks similar to the same lines drawn at "normal view" drawn on big charts as apposed to fully zoomed out view on small charts...

Image

On a big chart (large TF) angles stay relatively flat and you get nice BO confirmations and S/R rejections...

Image

Although I have seen MO draw the angles sharper to place emphasis on the breakouts on big charts...
