BAR NUMBER DISPLAYED:
This indicator now also displays the barnumber the pivot occurred.
If input iBarReset = TRUE, then it will start the barnumber count over when the session changes, if iBarReset = FALSE, the barnumber count is not reset.
This information helps you determine how "old" the line is.
Version 2fW is for daily/weekly/monthly chart.
