On small charts it is often better to just go short/long the moment you feel a bias rather than waiting for a trigger.

Just set 00 and then enter with as many lots as you can afford:

I've been sticking to 2 & 30 minute charts:

D+ extreme for stops
2 minute for entries
30 minute for holding
3-day for holding longer

Had a few false starts at the top as I was believing the macd so I took the damn thing off.
