The black lines is just the zero line/area and they cannot be drawn too differently than what you see.

Position is always the same (from daily/multi-day extremes) and the fibo lines just tell me how many lots that I can afford (4,6,8,or 12 units) at x price.

I started watching the UJ the day prior when doji started posting pictures on the prev. page.

Hey MO,

What is the indicator you are using to overlay prices on your chart?

Is it a variation of the Heikin-Ashi? Whatever it is, where can I find it?

Thanx for any reply

It is simply the 2SMA displayed as bodies over price bars.

Hi Doji

I been looking into MACD Hopper thing. Im surprised how often the signals are close to the setups. Not always but more often than not.

What im thinking is alarms that could alert potiential trade setups.
when a trigger finger occurs or Hop.

what do you think?

sorry if this something covered already havent read the pass posts.

Hey BB,

If that helps you find setups, use it. I have a number of friends that use it as a crutch or verification tool to there price action analysis. You will notice the macd 0 cross most always comes before WHERE the actual entry should be, thus meaning before price comes back for a zero out. good luck.

thanks Doji

been reading up about MACD, taking closer look how this indicator works. Interest point which i never made the connection is that a MACD Line crossing the Zero line is actually just the crossing of 2 standards EMAs.

for Example

MACD indicator set 12,26,9

If then set 2 standard Estimated Moving Averages on your chart (12 and 26) the crossing point of these EMAs is when MACD Line crosses the Zero line.

So what big deal?. Well its easrier to get indicator with an audio alert for Moving average cross than it is for MACD zero line cross.

Trade today on E/U. Hoping after NFP the EU trade out the range it been stuck.

I have been watching Hopper and see how it lines up with the priceaction. It definitely gets in the ball park area for setup i must say. First trade was before the 15min hopper(but it did line up with 5min hopper) and my second trade was with 15min hopper.

and silly me the ninjamacd indicator has built in alert for macd zerolines and trigger fingers
